Connecticut, United States Pageant, announced today that a new state director has
been named. "I am delighted to join the prestigious Mrs. United States family and
look forward to bringing Connecticut a great competition that will celebrate the
achievements of married women in the state. I am looking for a diverse group of
delegates to produce a quality representative to send to the nationally televised,
Mrs. United States Pageant event held in Las Vegas, NV", stated Michael Stafford.

expand our resources."

Michael Stafford has had over 10 years of entertainment & modeling experience
leading to the nationally televised Mrs. United States event. Michael appeared in
\"Made for TV\", movie specials, print advertisements and walked runways for Gap Inc.,
Liberty House and Sears. Most recently he has been found, spokes modeling for
Verizion, Digital Lifestyles/Hip-E, Hasbro, Nueske\'s, and GM. Michael is no
stranger to pageantry; he is the former Mr. Massachusetts 2005 and the current Mr.
United American title holder, he has also served as state preliminary judge for Mrs.
America, Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, Miss Northeast, & Miss International pageants.
Michael works full time as a Southwest airlines flight attendant.

The Mrs. United States Pageant is the premier event of its kind and one of the
nation\'s leading achievement programs for married women. The Mrs. Connecticut,
United States Pageant has been planned for late April 2007 and is recruiting
delegates from all over the state, no experience necessary. Many women who have
never competed in a pageant won their first time at the state competition. For more
